This is the worst firm you can possibly hire to represent you in any capacity. I’ve had this legal plan through my employer for several years now and have always decided to hire outside counsel, until recently. Major error on my part. You will not be provided with a discounted rate but will be charged higher rates than most private firms. My simple family law matter was dragged out for billables by attorney Liana Carrozza and the firm. They billed me for services that were not actually performed and was unable to provide documentation in support of the actual services listed ie..letters claiming to have gone out or documents submitted to the court. None of my questions and concerns were directly answered or resolved by this attorney all she did was talk in circles as it pertained to my case and billing. At first she appears very competent but I soon realized she was actually a fast talking sales person, no offense to the great honest sales folks out there. Rather than discussing my case she discussed her personal life and the partners possibly being “weed smoking hippies” meanwhile, I was billed for these vacuous conversations. Do yourself a favor and hire real professionals.

I cannot tell you enough how pleased and thankful I am with the service I have received from attorney Nir Meshulam. His attention to the details are comforting. I am not happy with my experience with them. I got in touch with them about 3 weeks ago and the receptionist said an attorney will call me back. Then the receptionist called again after few days for more info. Then again. I also followed up to speed up the process. 10 days went by and still no action.
Then an attorney happens to call me back all of sudden which I could not attend since I was out. I called back after I got back and then again the same freaking process.

My mother went through hell and back to get anything. I had such faith and hope that she would get what she deserved in her case. David Hammer kept stringing her along for over two years. I tried to tell her to cut her ties and start over with a new attorney. She did not have the energy to do it. My mother almost had to call every other day to find out what was going on with her case. David was so enthusiastic and optimistic at first (I spoke to him) and that faded fast. I am not sure what is going on with this group, my strong advice is to stay away.

Absolute nightmare. Run. Run. Run. What a waste of money and time. Unfortunately, I had the chance to interact with Glantz Law and one question that comes to mind is, “how and where did these lawyers get their license to practice law?” I’m thinking Udemy, a GROUPON for law degree ... I need to know HOW? It’s impossible to have such terrible people and then be terrible lawyers. I had a simple matter, and it turned into a long drawn out process. The lawyers seem to lack basic knowledge of the law and provides lackluster advice that a five year old can - do better. The worst part is that, they are governed by Legal Shield who oversees their interactions with clients. They are suppose to act within a set of guidelines and policies - that are meant to protect clients. Somehow, they drop the ball and keep kicking it down the yard. Well, you’ve been warned. Hire this law firm at your own risk. #Warned.

He communicated with us throughout the whole process as we went thru physical therapy, etc he was warm and intelligent. THEY ARE A SCAM! Wow so 2nd complaint on same issue. On my prior entry (if your scrolling down, note) They promised to give me an actual referral if I took down my last Review. To be fare I did. I gave them a second chance! Only so they can waste more of my time! I paid my membership for 7 months and they still cant provide me with a functioning attorney. They dropped me cold turkey TWICE! will not give me a refund for services never rendered and want to avoid at all cost getting me a referral!

My attorney left the firm while I’m on probation. My last month I need them to waive my immobilization. They will not do it because the attorney that was handling my case left, they said my case was closed with them, if I want them to represent me to waive the immobilization I have to open a new case minimum $1,000.

Easy access and nice staff

I have used this firm for my Child Support matter and have many different attorneys during this time.
In the end it worked out to me paying less and I have my timeshare. The paralegal Rachelle is amazing
she’s been there since almost the beginning and have been extremely helpful throughout this process
and I can honestly say that she has been very professional and understanding. Long process but I’m very satisfied with the overall end result.

My business and company employees and their families have been enrolled in the business and personal legal plans since February 2002. We typically call the firm between 8 to 20 times per year for business advice, and we have always received prompt and excellent legal help. I appreciate their legal expertise and same day turnaround when I have called them in the past. We stay out of potential legal troubles by calling their attorneys to ask questions and also to have them read over our contracts before signing them to avoid legal ambiguity problems. The key to being happy with the service is knowing ahead of time what you want and having all your documentation in order before you call. Their service for writing wills is also excellent. If you follow me advice you too will be happy with their service.

That department has no consideration for their clients and their time. They have rude and unprofessional employees working for them. They do not explain things to their customers in details and punish them afterwards. They have this RUDE heifer working in their WILL Department, unfortunately I did not get her name but she has short brown hair, was there today 12/13/17 at 12:30pm and has a square body like spongebob square pants, but there are only 3 girls working in that department, Jessica, Yanis and Belkis so she is definitely one of them. The B---- literally wanted to fight me, who the hell does that. And this is suppose to be a law firm and these are the types of employees working there. Yeah, I wish that B---- would have tired something to knock her on her A--.. I will NEVER, NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I will be sending a letter also in regards to this person because a law firm should have better representation.
