Horrible service once you sign your paper work! The attourney herself was great, it took 5 years to meet her. But ANY phone calls you make, it was all voicemail and 5 to 10 days IF you got a phone call back!
And...once they win your case we had ZERO help reg: call back bcuz ss wanted to give ZERO payback and when they paid it was 3 months 3 months then 6 month increment and then WANTED IT ALL BACK they claimed it was showing as TOO MUCH IN THE BANK and on top of it all...THEY WANTED TO STOP PAYMENT???????
I have seen people get WAY MORE THEN 600 MONTHLY, mind you this is for my autisic 22 yr old son! So reg: the attourney i had NO HELP during THIS TIME OF NEED!

They won my case for me and was hands down the best at doing it. I'm very proud to say that everything they done was on point and on time. I live in Jacksonville Florida and they did everything for me over the phone. On my final court date they sent someone from their office here to represent me. I won my case right there in the courtroom. Don't listen to the bad reviews. These guys are amazing!!

This firm is a joke, you can't get a return phone call, they drop you a month before going to court, and when you try to find another lawyer, since their name is on your case another lawyer will pick you up unless you pay upfront cash. These people are fraudulent.

My sister has been having all kinds of health issues for over a year and a half, like congestive heart failure and a lung disease and she has nerve issue where she has to use a cane. This firm or wanna be firm started out calling and communicating with us all the time, after sometime they mentioned finally we were going to be doing a hearing, her lawyer changed 2 other time without notification, i think that is so unprofessional of a law firm, like they get paid by Social security office for handling these case on there behalf and this company isn't doing their job, by now my sister should have already been approved this is the final step it shouldn't take 3 attempts.

Just Ridiculous!!! and you hate to start over because you risk loosing all you been waiting on and i think they know that, i am going to the SS office to report they behinds...upgraded to 2 stars as eventually after enough of my pushing and help providing more documents my sister finally got what she needed/deserved

I had excellent service for my Social Security case. At least once every two months my assigned paralegal would call me with updates, even if nothing was happening ... She wanted to check with me also to see if anything new was happening on my end. Best experience I've had. Won my case after 4 to 5 denials of trying on my own and with another attorney!!

My experience has been horrible, I feel so ignorant. I should had read the firm reviews before I signed an agreement with them. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t return phone calls or messages. They don’t do anything for the client, everything is done by yourself. They don’t care about you and they don’t even care that you know it. Now I’m just trying to find a way of getting out of the agreement before I get another lawyer since no other lawyer will take my case before doing so.Please read and listen to all the below reviews so you have a better choice and a better chance with your case.

I was with this organization for nearly three years and I was quite satisfied until Ms. Zeitenberg who was assigned to my claim left the firm. When they started assigning different individuals to my case is where the lack of profession started not returning my phone calls or emails in regards to medical information to support my claim truly showed how lack of empathy was shown

Only about two weeks away from my court date and cant get my calls returned.I spoke to a man that was higher up when I had to redo my whole case and he promised things would not be like that this time,even promised a different lawyer.The lawyer I had called clearly upset.Now she is my lawyer for court again obviously I have the feeling she doesn't want to help me.Then she doesn't return my calls.What am I supposed to do now I am in tears writting this.I have some many health problems I can't afford this.I need help.

Well my initial contact with this law firm was very pleasing....I was actually surprised how fast I received paperwork to start my hearing...the intitial contact with a young lady by the name of Alexis was quite amazing...she was very imformative and presented excellent customer relations skills...If this firm continues in this manner I am surely going to recommend their services to anyone I know that's in need of assistance...

My Lawyer is suppose to appeal my claim. Here we March 1st and still no appeal and I know this is because I called social security office. So I guess I will have to start looking for another lawyer now. Gosh that struggle is real!

Adam Neidenberg is a crook and his family should be ashamed of him. He purposefully dragged out my fathers case for months in order to run up his cost. We wouldn't be able to get in contact with him for weeks at a time and he always had a new excuse. Adam dragged the case out for over a year and my father had who had diabetes and severe wounds on his feet (the reason he was out of work) had to pick up a part time job at a laundromat. He eventually died of kidney failure caused by his feet getting infected - would've been easily treated but he couldn't afford the copay at the doctors office. We eventually got $16k (retroactive) after my fathers death to which Adam took 25%. We used the remainder of the money to pay for his funeral and to pay back the family members that my father borrowed money from while he was out of work.

my experience with this firm for the last 5 years is low, they take too long to get back to the clients, and they are not professional as they should be. I had to go through 2 hearings. The first one I was ill prepared for, and the next one was successful, although I ended up getting only one year instead of two. Go to another firm.

Three years case was still denied...

I called them like 4 times and never got a return call. When I finally got in contact with someone they said the lady who was handling my case no longer worked there and had been gone a month already!!! Wow!!!! So I guess you know I dropped them!!!

in my opinion these people should go back to being bus boys. after settling my s/ which i did all the running around to get documentation AND the att'y never said ONE word at the hearing i settled................NOW. comes the VA claim....L & N dropped my case a few years back. I now have a hearing next week and found out today that they never reopened my case after the last appeal...... I have ALL the documentation to settle in my favor but the case was let go almost 5 years ago, without my knowledge the case was not set for another round in St Pete........ 12 years of the case in the toilet.......

I would strongly caution anyone AGAINST doing business with Neidenberg or anyone associated. I hired them to represent me for my disability claim and once they had my signature they were nearly impossible to reach and were never in any hurry to help me. Turns out I won my case on my own a couple weeks later. They had the nerve to send me a bill for over 400 dollars and I am still fighting with them. Total bottom feeders, Stay away. I only gave them one star because the software will not allow zero stars.

My reason is basically the same as most, they really push to get you signed and then once it's done the incoming calls drop and they don't return your calls often. When they do it's by a new representative because that person has switched positions or has left the company.
On the my claim go website for clients to add our information, I entered it for my husband. Throughout the following year I corrected, reentered, corrected and reentered again and when my husband was denied the second time I called to explain to his representative the problems with the info but again it was a new girl who wasn't concerned with my issue and just kept saying it's fine, it will work itself out it's right on our end even though it doesn't look like it on yours! I decided to give the benefit of the doubt even though I was highly upset and asked questions that would prove if it was right on her end, and what do you think happened... It was wrong on her end as well!
I called several times to speak with Mr Levan or Mr. Neidenburg to vent my frustration and hope to get real help but I was pushed off to a supervisor named Matthew (?) who was rude, arrogant, condescending etc... if either attorney would call me I would gladly speak with them. I was turned down twice. They filed an appeal for me. They were always in contact with me. Athleen was my case worker. Every time I spoke with her she was pleasant and helpful. I finally won my appeal. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything!! Great experience even though it took a long time. It was worth it!

This firm was outstanding from the outset. It took close to three years to conclude my case with a favorable decision, and they were on top of things every step of the way. I had about 4 different case managers for the duration and all were courteous and helpful. I was impressed with both attorneys I dealt with, as they were very knowledgeable and able in the petition of my claim. Highly recommend this firm.

They totally sucks if you really need help they turned you down. For instance I have PTSD I got pregnant and was unable to take the prescription medications. For the sake of my child. They told me that they would pick up my case after my child support was delivered. I called back two months after having my baby. So they can pick back up my case. You know they said they are not going to be able to do. After I was informed by them that they was . They didn't even explain why. Even though my diagnose never change. This is a bs company.

The firm was recommended by a former client that's received SSDI in a matter of weeks. I've called and left four messages in the last week. However, I have not received a return call to date. I understand that a national holiday with a long weekend may have delayed a response but I have waited a reasonable amount of time. I'm looking for a firm that will talk to me prior to ignoring my illness/case.

They took on my case then one week before my trial they dumped me. They also lied about calling me and returned phone calls. Of you value your status, your case, and your marriage, I urge you strongly never to use these guys, you would do better to file on your own! The reason I state this is because, I turned my husband over to them and they kept him...thanks to me they will be making money off of my husband. They put a clause in my firing letter so that no other attorney will take me on, why...because if I do get disability they want a certain percentage..However do keep in mind that this is up to the judge, not them! They are crooks. Even others in the legal system is disgusted at the way they mishandled my case yet still took my husband. Please if you respect yourself, never do business with this firm, or these attorney's!

This company was negligent in my son's SSI claim. For 5 years we waited and waited for the legal team to assist us with an SSI reward. When it FINALLY arrived and he was granted disability, we expected to be paid retrospective ly for the years of denial. Wrong! Social Security informed us that "we" failed to file the 3rd and Final appeal and as a result, his much awaited "Lump Sum" was a paltry $300, of which they received 1/3. UNBELIEVABLE and very dissatisfying.

Horrible company. They have totally screwed up my case. I am disabled with lupus, fibro, kidney failure, arthritis, syrinx, diabetes, high blood pressure and much more. 3+ years wasted of my life. I am stuck with them until my case is totally denied from SSI and I have to start all over with a new lawyer. No other lawyer will touch my case at this point. If I was not so ill I would sue them and if I die I hope my husband comes out of his grief and does sue them. They are a total waste of time, space and life. Do not use this company!!!

I have had a bad relationship with this firm. They rarely return calls. You cannot call in to talk to your attorney. Takes a minimum of 3 days when they do call you back. And it appears they are not supplying the proper information to Social Security.
Total lack of communication on their part.
I would not recommend them for SS disability.

This is to comment on your handling of the above referenced case by your Dave Davidson. Examples of the poor quality of service by Lavan and Neidnberg for meeting the legal assistance needs of our nations Veterans include:
>the less than 40 minutes of consultation and investigation of the case here referenced.
>The complete ignoring of data from the private cardiologist which Davidson was advised was available.
>A phone interview only with the Rehab Specialist and no follow up with the private doctors or per the record with the VA doctors.
>The dedicated commitment to meeting all clearly established deadlines with no more than 24 hours to spare.
>The failure to appear on behalf of the client or with the client at the scheduled hearing.
>The prompt notification of the decision on July 24, 2015, which was rendered by the VA and forwarded to the Appellant by the VA on April 7, 2015. This clearly allowed approximately 13 days to act on an appeal within the allotted 120 days.

Since my case is now over and any opportunity to recoup what justifiably might have been a positive outcome lost, you will excuse my extreme disappointment in the representation of your Lavan and Neidenberg PA. I sincerely hope that your representation of the young men and women currently desperately seeking help from the VA exceeds that offered in my case. I cannot in good conscience recommend your firm to anyone seeking such assistance.

Do not even waste your time! I have brain damage, herniated disks, bulging disks, degeneration, the list goes on. I was told that I would have a court date in March, never heard from this firm. Finally I get a letter that I have a court date in August. THEN....one month prior to my court date, they dropped me as my client, with NO reason given as to why, but the letter states that if I won....they still get their money!They do not care about their clients, or their pain, or disabilities, all they see are dollar signs! If they do not think the case is going to make them tons of money, then the drop the client! It is that simple. Hence the reason behind NOT telling the client why they are being dropped. So, not only did I have to go to court without representation, but I also had to waste gas for an hour and a half drive, just to reschedule and I heard through other clientele that this is something they practice quite often!

They suck for 3 years and they did not do anything at all I for sure would never recommend them. They are the last office I would ever recommend

These people did nothing for me, and when we finally got Social Security moving, they attached themselves to the money. They filed their thinkg wiith Social Security the very day I dismissed them, and gave me no instruction that I had to submit notarized paperwork.

First and foremost I have to say that that my attorney Ms. Kendra Washington was phenomenal ...and i was completely satisfied with my trial today despite the fact that i was in a complete full blown panic attack...I also would lie to say that my trial judge was an awesome judge very professional and concerned with my case.
