Obtained this attorney through 1800 411 Pain. This was in 2017. The person who struck my vehicle did not have insurance. I called the hotline and got referred to this lawyer. He confirmed with me that she did not have any insurance and it was not anything he could do. A few days later he called and said she did have insurance and wanted me to go to treatment. I told him I was fine but he insisted. I went a few times and then stopped going. I found out later the doctors office got paid from my insurance and the lawyer as well. This guy is a snake the referal service will get paid including the doctors and the lawyer through your insurance. There was an issue getting in touch with him after i stopped going to treatment. Then I received a letter stating that nothing can be done with my claim. Everyone in that chain got paid but me. Even if the at fault driver doesnt have insurance they will use your insurance to get them paid. You may not get paid. Dont trust this guy.
