I met with Robert gluck for a free consultation. Robert was very friendly and I could tell immediately that he would be able to help with my slip and fall case.

I must say, never though I would get hit by a car while being a Courier in Brickell. But even after that horrible experience and trauma I got over almost a year ago, I was lucky to find this great Lawyer. Robert when to my house, talked to me personally and explain the whole process, later on his assistants Kin and Stephanie where more than helpful in explaining things to me as the case developed and went on. His team got me great doctors and treatment. In a place like Miami where is rare to find good service of any kind and humble people that are more than happy to assist and do their job correctly, I have to say I am more than happy with the results. And no I wasn’t payed for this review, this is just pure honesty. And to put in a little bit of Irony, the guy that hit me was a Jewish Lawyer in a black Benz, and so happens that Robert is also Jewish and he got to my house in a Black Benz, this is always funny to me and no they are not the same person but the similarities are halarious. Thanks to them I can finally be at ease again, and yes I’m still a courier.

It was after 5::00 pm when I called to speak to Robert Gluck. The call was forwarded to his cell phone. (calls to two other attorneys were answered by a message service) He listened to my concern and allowed me to set a meeting for the next day at an earlier time that his normal start of day. The next day my wife and I met with him, he educated us as to what our options were and in the end recommended that we waited until later when evidence and circumstances would more be in our favor for success.
We left his office understanding much more what we were trying to get done. On top of that he was kind, understanding and seemed caring. To top it off he did the consultation without any charge to us.

I was involved in a terrible car accident. My car flipped over a few times. Thank goodness I was ok a little scrapes and bursies and some pain. First thing after an accident is hire an attorney well the first attorney I hired could careless about my case in my opinion to the point I seeked a different attorney, Mr Gluck. I told him about my accident and within the week I met with him and he got everything rolling. He's staff is excellent.
