Literally the most Legally incompetent law firm in South FL! I provided them all pertinent details of my accident etc when I first selected them to represent me including police reports which reflect insurance information etc for all parties involved. Months into the representation they realized there was a conflict of interest between their firm and the other party involved in my accident and couldn’t continue representing me! I’d never recommend to anyone who actually values their time!

They dropped our case even though we knew for sure we were not at fault! Neither drivers recieved a ticket, went to another law Firm that took our case and although it took him a while, He got us an amazing settlement. Rubenstein law only takes open and closed cases, which also may mean they aren't even trying to get the best settlement. The other law firm got us a settlement in 5 figure range.. won't disclose number for confidentality but it is definitely 3x more then we were expecting.

Kelly did what she said, i had issues with a lawyer that didn't care about my health, the lawyer told me that it would take 3 months to see a specialist to keep going to a chiropractor, so i asked the lawyer once more time to send me to a specialist, and they said they'd give me the number by the afternoon, 2 weeks later no number so i called Kelly she had me in with a specialist within 3 days. My 15 year old had an accident about 5 years ago, Rubenstein law firm has been handling the case since the begging. It’s 2018 it’s only NOW when this case started moving forward. Not only I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the firm but my child’s case has been unfortunately neglected treating it In the most disrespectful way a law firm could treat a client..... not giving him a fair representation. I’ve had to correct my child’s name on various occasions on their paper work and or emais I’ve never gotten a call back from anyone not one call for a case update (not from attorneys assistance or secretary) and if you complain or threaten them to take the case somewhere else you get an email from the attending counsel pointing out all the mistakes the client has made (me the parent) and a bill for all the work the have NOT done! instead of fixing the problem and investing time in working the actual case. I’m very upset and hurt that my child is ultimately the one to pay for my mistake in hiring a firm that does not care about their clients. If you are thinking of hiring this firm please think about your loved one and hire a respectful firm! At least one that can get the defendants name right.....
