On April 2, 2018 I got into a car accident. Having known Mr. Kane on a personal basis, I got in touch with him as soon as it occurred. I met with him the day and he explained to me the entire process and how it could be expected to go, and I provided me with updates on every step of the process on the claim. After a couple of months he told me that the claim and case had ended and I got everything that I expected and more. Without his help, I would've been completely lost and not known what to do. Wow! I just called this office to try to get some information regarding my husbands injury. He applied for disability and was denied and we were looking into options for filing an appeal or filing a law suit against the home owners insurance. Before being able to even give my husbands information, I was told quote “they ain’t gone give you nothing for his broken leg” mind you my husband has a hand injury/finger amputation never said anything about a broken leg. If I could give 0 starts I would. Just by speaking to this person I decided to hang up the phone and not share any more information with her nd I am no longer interested in having a consult with this law firm. Please train your workers better especially the ones that answer the phones because they are the face of your office!!!

This lawyers are not worth your time.. As y’all know they always says Haitians don’t like to help, but this is it right there.. These people just see money and don’t help.. For me they arent real lawyers.. my mom had fell at her job and she had two surgeries.. The minimum that the state of Florida ask for these type of fractures, they want to pay less. They barely do their job. They will be wasting your time and drag your case. Robert Fentesheib is ONE OF THE BEST LAWYER IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND HAVE MANY OFFICES.
