James Babkes and his staff are amazing!!!! Best lawyer, honest, good priced, gets the job done!!!!

Our family has used Babkes & Assoc for 17 years (3 out of 4 of us have needed their services from time to time) The service has been great, has saved us thousands ( mostly from insurance surcharges) , and we have never felt the need to look anywhere else!
None of us has ever received points & the tickets were always dismissed.
James Babkes had the experience to deliver , and it shows. His office staff is professional, courteous, & kind.( I shouldn't forget , extremely helpful!)

I just wanted to add there is only one person who has not given them 5 stars, And I wanted to point out that not all traffic tickets can get off with $0 paid to the court. They have managed to do that for us, but sometimes there is a court fee. Still way better than paying the more expensive ticket, extremely better then having to get points on your license and most importantly .....the insurance surcharges that come with it for 3 yrs to come.
Always check in with any company if you haven't heard anything from them. These cases take time, Most often the court date and set about a month ahead. They will send you the information telling you when the court date will be.
After that you can call them and they will be glad to update you even if you have not received your information in the mail yet.

My opinion, James Babkes is the best traffic lawyer in Broward County. I’ve been using him for at least five years and I recommend him to everyone. With my experience, I didn’t have any no additional problems.

This guy is awesome just got traffic ticket and the out come was Dismissed. I've never had a ticket before but my son has always had speeding tickets and this lawyer had always came through for us. I bought a new car and got a ticket the 3rd day having it. I guess I didn't know what I had gotten myself into with a turbo... I got a referral to this office and was so excited. This is my first ticket in FL and first in many years. I paid them $69 and they took care of everything. I was hoping it would get dropped completely, but I still had to pay $150 in court cost. I'm sure they did the best they could and the office was very patient with me. Most importantly I got no points and no guilt on my record for less than what the original ticket was and had I not hired them my insurance would have increased immensely. I am very pleased with the service and glad that I took this route! I would recommend this office.

Easy Peasy....got first speeding ticket ever about two weeks after I bought a brand new RED car...everyone told me to be careful in a red car and I thought it was just a joke....it wasn't. I was very upset and a friend had used his services a few times and suggested I do the same; made one phone call; was able to take care of the VERY reasonable fee right over the phone. Did not have to miss work or get all nervous about going to court....had I paid the ticket, it was going to be well over 300 PLUS.....and don't forget about those points on your insurance and the rate increasing. Got a call a couple months later, had to pay just courts cost and NO POINTS!! Am actually on this review page because I had to look up his number to give to a friend today. As for the person who was not happy because they did not get notified of court costs, just my opinion, that if you have not updated your contact info or had an old address on your license, well, it is still you who got the ticket and, I would think it prudent to follow up if you hadn't heard anything.

The firm defended a traffic ticket I had. Then never informed me about the court costs I had to pay. They sent mail to a previous address I had had years ago, and never informed me. My license was suspended without me even knowing I owed anything. Now, two years later, I have moved to a different state, and I can't get a new license until I pay an additional Broward county fee I was not aware of even though I have already paid the court costs. Additionally, I have to pay a $100 fee to get my license reinstated in the previous state. Altogether, I paid the state over $700 for a traffic ticket. The problem here is they are not clear on the process and helping you do what you need to do to save money on traffic tickets. Huge waste of money if you want to get a firm that will help you save money. Better to pay the state and not have problems down the line
