I got rear-ended in Dec 2017 and was pretty banged up. On suggestion from my personal attorney I contacted his associate who, after reviewing my injuries, declined to represent me because " my injuries would be construed as "pre-existing" and the case would essentially have no merit or financial value worthy of his time and effort.
