No games. Right to business. I was surprised how easily my ticket from 9 years ago was resolved at a most reasonable price.

I paid him over $100 and the court costs I had to pay seemed more than the ticket I got.

The price quoted was paid, over $100 for the Services for what I should have and could have done myself with the results for a minor ticket, easily. A basic ticket, blocking an intersection after making a turn into stopped traffic. Today I get a surprise letter my Drivers License is about to be suspended unless I pay yet another $195 in court fines which is more then the ticket. I could have paid the ticket my damn self and got withheld Adjudication granted absolutely because all the courts want is money. If you need a traffic ticket attorney, do your homework beforehand. There are MANY, many other attorneys that actually put in the work with better results. Horrible.

Very very very very very very very RUDE. Nasty heavy voice lady that i spoke too. Her name is Kathy. Very unprofessional. Instead of accommodating my confusion, she elevated with anger & spoke very forcefully, basically describing "take elseo said & leave it." She said to me..."so are u going up pay the ticket or what?" She undermineded her fellow employee by saying that "she didn't know what she was doing." Very horribly representationfor the company. The das part is that i was referred to them & they handled a previous ticket for me in the past with ease & had it thrown out. Lovely, sweet process. So i returned for more business with them but not anymore. And i will not recei them either, if they have to deal with Kathy. Please get rid of her. She sits in the front, I'm sure, with the poorest costumer service skills. She shouldn't handle people like that by phone, when a person can simply walk in the office & introduce themselves. Remove her.

Called them on 09/25/2018 at 8:40 am. I didnt get a chance to tell my case at all, i just said one line that i have this situation and and all i heard from the woman was “ITS YOUR TICKET, YOU OWE IT, PAY IT” “PAY YOUR TICKET”
Dont go for this office. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They had 2 tickets to defend on my name, one of them they never took action. My license was almost suspended, when I called them to discuss their customer service was awful, never admitted the mistake, the lady answering the phone hanged up on me multiple times I had to call about 6 times for me to be able to get a refund!! Think first before using this people, you have been warned.

Don't hire this lawyer! He, Jason A Diamond, doesn't review the case before court. He isn't prepared. He wings everything in front of the judge. You will pay the highest price because he isn't aware of your past, since he doesn't review the case prior.

I decided to use Traffic Ticket Team because I received a violation in Broward. I read the reviews and felt very confident. If something happens again I will continue to keep going to the ticket clinic I use in North Miami. I had multiple red light tickets that I was unaware of. I moved from the address the tickets were getting sent. I didn’t know I had them. I had my license suspended for not paying the tickets. I also received 2 traffic violations & they took care of everything and I never had to pay your court fees!! As soon as I went to this ticket team in Hollywood ,all these scam numbers started calling me!! Also I was sent old toll violations from 2015 from the car that I haven’t drove since 2015! I will never use them again and I have to pay a $90 court fee! I believe once you use them your phone number is on some type of database.

Very good customer services skills and fast , any time when you call the office they answered professional and to the point, in my case I did not have to show in court. When the case is closed you’ll receive an email with all details about the case. I’m highly recommend them. I’m very pleased.

Exceptional staff, service, and results. You would be foolish not to hire them to handle your ticket, regardless of the circumstances of your case.

I hired this company and it's not the fact that I did not get desired results it the customer service. I tried to get answers and when I do I am met by horrendous customer service agents. Who will not be upfront and undermine you. The customer setvice agent who said het name was Victoria was absolutely the worst claiming she couldn't hear me whenever I gave her the information. Meanwhile someone in the background was yelling sooo unprofessional.

Ordered to pay $381 + a 4 hour driving class (that I’ll probably have to pay for) + $100 lawyer fee. The original ticket was only $200..... Not to mention rude customer service. Lady on the phone told me I opened the email containing the results of my case 4 times even though I had not gotten it and refused to send it again or tell me over the phone. I will never use them again.

My spouse received a speed ticket for $256. After we hired Traffic Ticket Team we had to pay $281 for court costs, 4-hour school ($31) on line plus $89 law fees. Conclusion? We lost more than $100 for going with this company. First and last time we hire this company. Period.

Be aware of this law office it’s a complete fraud I hired them for a citation that I had they literally did nothing they even played guilty on my behalf the citation was a speeding ticket when I called them they said don’t worry about it we will take care of you The citation was for going 80 on a 30 yes there is no excuse for that but when I received their letter they literally did nothing they left me with all the points on my license and a $600 fine I could’ve done a better job by going to court myself do yourself a favor don’t waste your money with these people go to court yourself you have a better chance than hiring these lawyers these lawyers don’t fight for you I come to find out did they just have an agreement with the judge and that’s it

This is the place you need to call after you catch yourself in a bad situation. I was written a ticket for 111mph in broward county by FHP. I called the traffic ticket team and they charged me a small, very affordable fee to begin my case and once the case was closed sent me my results by mail which I could not be happier with. No conviction, no license points, and no driving class required. The court fee was also much smaller than anticipated and due months later. Jason Diamond as well as the girls in the office made my experience quick, easy, and far less stressful than it potentially would have been. 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys for everything!

They did exactly as promised and fought for me as hard as the Constitution would allow. Case withheld. $165 in court fees and I am now a free man. Not that I wasn't free before, mind you, but I definitely feel free-er. Like someone injected me with 20% extra freedom. I highly recommend them to any freedom lovers.
