I had the good luck to involve Steven when I was randomly selected for a tax audit, since he is usually called in after an assessment has been made by the IRS.

Attention businesses in the US Virgin Islands - these are the people to contact! Priscilla was able to resolve an IRS payroll penalty going back to 2014 in a very short amount of time. I was unable to resolve the issue because of the special rules concerning W2's and W3's in the USVI. - no one at the IRS could deal with it, I just got bounced from one IRS office to the next. I spent countless hours on the phone, sent letters once a month to up to all those IRS locations, and then spent days on the phone trying to get Puerto Rico's Taxpayer Advocate to answer the phone (they never did). Next time I have an IRS issue I will go to them first. I recommend them highly.
