This was my first and last time visiting the Law office of Charmaine Powell! I made an appointment only to find out the day of service she no longer accepted the insurance. Please keep in mind I came with my 80 year old parents who anticipated getting important documents completed I am very upset that the "Receptionist" did not call to confirm or even make sure the insurance that my parents have is accepted. Needless to say, I will not be returning nor recommending services.
