Last year, while stopped at a red light, I was reared-ended, in what I consider to be a pretty bad car accident.

After a pervious accident about 14 years ago, I had had a less than positive experience with the personal injury attorney handling my case at the time. Although I eventually won a settlement in court, my attorney was part of a personal injury mill and treated me in a very condescending manor and rarely communicated with me about my case. He also drug the case on for almost four years before we ended up in court.

Because of this previous bad experience, I was very hesitant to hire a personal injury attorney, even though I felt overwhelmed by the thought of handling everything myself.

After asking around for referrals, a lawyer friend recommended Jeffrey Davis. During my first meeting with Mr. Davis, I explained my apprehension regarding seeking out representation. He assured me that he would personally communicate with me (rather than always deferring to an assistant or paralegal) and hold my hand through the process. And that is exactly what he did.

Mr. Davis checked in on me regularly to inquire about my recovery and to update me on the status of my case. He returned my emails within hours and answered my questions thoroughly. And while I did communicate with his staff, who were all equally helpful, professional, and lovely, I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Davis handled my case with a personal touch and never made me feel as if he was putting other cases before mine.

After a little over a year, with Mr. Davis' help, I'm happy to say that I've settled my case (out of court).
