I’d give negative stars if I could. Horrible money grubber. I went for a $200 consultation, which I was willing to pay for, but she wouldn’t even come out and shake my hand before I paid her. Seriously, who does legal business with someone who refuses to shake your hand?

When I explained that I wanted to ensure that we had a rapport (and ensure she was competent) before embarking on my legal matter, and all I wanted to shake her hand and look in her eye, I was told not until I paid $200!

Very bad experience, she just take the money and doing nothing. Never return call she is never in the office, all she cares is money. Not going there!

She's completely heartless and ONLY cares about the $$$. I recommend staying far away from this law firm. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Cindy will drag out the case as long as possible for financial gain. I took out $3500 from my families savings to retain her services and it was a complete waste of time and money. My mother-in-law did all of the legal research through her own legal company to help alleviate some of the costs and yet she billed us for all of our work that we provided to Cindy. And I quote "a simple, cut and dry case" which would have had money leftover in the retainer to help adopt my daughter turned into a nightmare of back and forth emails and phone calls at $35 each email/minute of the phone call. She gave my wife unnecessary stress during her pregnancy and did not listen to anything we advised her in regards to the case. She likes to nod her head to agree with what you are saying but doesn't actually listen. After spending nearly $5000 in legal fees with Cindy, we did not have any more money to refill her DEMAND in additional funds to retain her. We asked to put the case on hold for six months while we tried to save up money to continue and Cindy refused. She immediately sent an email stating that she was withdrawing herself from the case, could not finance us and "has bills to pay." She blocked us from sending her any more emails. We repeatedly asked Cindy for a status update via email and phone calls and is now unable to be reached. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, save yourself the time, money and energy and find someone else who actually cares about their clients and their case. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! scam artist.

In addition, Cindy was recommended from a colleague of my mother-in-law. Imagine how Cindy will treat her client without a referral from a family member or friend...

Cindy has a very professional approach. She is optimizing her client´s time by focusing on facts rather than collateral. She is streamlining the whole process by giving objective advise on how to navigate legal seas. I would highly recommend her to any person in need of legal advise in family matters.

Strongly urge you to not waste time and money. Find another professional with genuine care for clients which takes the time to address your situation without making you feel like you are just another case.

Stay away from Attorney Cindy! Do not use her services. She is very incompetent and all about prolonging the case for financial gain. Her office staff has declined since Donna left the practice. My mediation was cancelled and the office staff never notified me. I took off from work unnecessarily only to find out the mediation was cancelled. I was notified a day before I was scheduled to appear in court. She still has an incorrect address on file for me despite my changing it several times. If you want quality, then look else where.

Mrs. Sackrin took care of me and my case as if it was her own personal case. I am very appreciative of her and her team for helping me deal with my situation. Very disappointed! ! She basically stole money from my friend. Did nothing to help, so much for "caring". All she cares about is money. Don't go to this woman unless you want to pay her to say no. Whats even worse is that she wasted his time by him leaving work early to get seen an hour after there appointment, just to be told things he already knew, because she refused to just answer a simple question over the phone now we lost almost 300 due it. Do not go to this woman.

I retained Ms. Sackrin for defense against a modification of a child support case. I won and the modification was denied. Ms. Sackrin was great. Her office staff was always happy and eager to help me when I needed them. I would recommend Ms. Sackrin for any of your family law needs.
