Thru Marlen’s assistance and guidance, the entire appeals process from start to finish literally took just a few months before she was able to get my Disability claim approved. I am so very thankful to Marlen for her initial approach, her endless patience, her perpetual understanding, and the constant reassurance she offered me any time I needed to communicate with her. This office has the best employees and Marlen the legal representative is very attentive to her case. She really out did herself with my parents disability case and had the best consideration.

Please beware this business. I just had the worst experience with Marlen and her friend that pretend to be attorneys when they are not. They had 3 appointment with SSA for my elderly parents and never showed up, i called so many times to get updates and my calls got forwarded to cell phones no one ever answers. I emailed her she do get updates she will email me back a week later and called me "such a arrogant individual". In my opinion this is very rude and unprofessional , also I will like to make sure with state and The Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling that she has the right to claim that she is an attorney because form my research she and her friend are not. I let her know that I will voice my opinion and she try her best to intimidate saying that this is a legal threat , I'm not sure if she is not aware that we all know are rights and not doing anything illegal by writing reviews.
Dealing with her cost me money and time and I still have to take off work to take my parent to SSA office my self again to fix the problem, but she doesn't care because she said " I went to her for help because I couldn't do it my self". One more thing , I do have all the prof to back up everything I'm claiming.
