Highly recommend Perla

As a real estate agent I do not recommended to refer your client to this people. They are very unprofessional, they would never treat your client with the VIP service they deserve, This people don't know what're they doing and they will charged your client with very high fees!
In my last transaction and the last one with them, they made several mistake that is very basic in a closing transaction.
Please real estate agent out there make yourself a favor and do not take your client to this office.

Just finished closing a sell with this closing agent. We were very disappointed at how inefficient the whole process was and the very bad attitude we had to endure to finalize the closing. There were multiple mistakes on our closing documents and had to sign several copies of the documents before they got them right. Meanwhile, our closing costs kept on creeping up with surprise charges. Their instructions were very unclear and our requests for clarification were often ignored. It was a very frustrating experience and we would not recommend them.

I just completed my 4th real estate transaction with this firm. I have worked with many title agents before that could not handle the complexity of the transactions and with this firm it was another day in paradise. I am very impressed with how Lourdes was able to handle everything on a time crunch. They delivered when no one else could!
