They didn't know if the ticket was going to be charged under criminal or no. No it's about a month from the ticket and my license is going to get suspended because of this ticket clinic not being able to handle my ticket and contact me . I wasted a month of not being able to receive calls back from these days and not handling my business . Horrible customer service you could say .
