I would highly recommend Joshua Hertz. I was in a very bad accident and I have injuries that i will have to deal with for the remaining part of my life. My car accident happened 3 months before my wedding. I was hit by a drunk driver and the impact was so severe that I have multiple herniated discs and issues with my neck. It’s scary being so young at the age of 23 and having to drag yourself out of a car because you can’t feel the lower half of your body. All smoke and whistles! When I caught Joshua J. Hertz in a lie, he stopped answering my calls and went into deep hiding. Hiring this attorney has been my worst nightmare. He can not be trusted. I am an ACTUAL client/victim of the Hertz Law Group and There is NOT one redeeming quality that I can vouch for. I am inclined to believe; with evidence; that the reviews posted here are also fabricated and "paid" for or posted by an employee of the "firm" or other shills. Once my case was settled; The Hertz Law Group fabricated medical bills, claimed that they will need 6-8 month to get a "pending lien balance" from Medicaid!!

My Medicaid that had nothing to do with the matter. Once I confronted LyLy Flores, Para-Legal of "Hertz Law Group" - a sole practitioner. I was given more mumbo-jumbo; but I was assured that MY settlement money was safe and being held by The Florida Bar Trust account.

I NEVER received the original attorney-client agreement back from the firm, never received a "closing statement" never received ANY kind of representation whatsoever. What I did get was lies, deception, misrepresentation and more damages than I started with.

You may see on the thread of reviews that LyLy Flores- Joshua J. Hertz's own Para-Legal has also posted a review as a client?

Finally, once I started to uncover all the ethical, and potentially labeled mal-practice and mishandling of my case; I received a letter via e-mail stating that The Hertz Law Group is filing an "interpleader" and properly placing MY settlement funds in The Court Registry to fight with medical providers that I never heard of nor have been treated by!

Note: This is a partial explanation and MY own experience in dealing with this firm. I have NO personal vendetta nor agenda. Joshua J. Hertz, Attorney may provide others with very fine representation. He did NOT "Fight For My Rights" - He used extortion and manipulation to separate me from my settlement.
