This place is a joke. They're so unorganized and unprofessional. Aside from only knowing how to ask for your money, they NEVER get anything resolved for you. After completing the "Back On Track" program (which took over 9 months and over $2,000), these clowns didn't even send my documents where they needed to go and they risked my license being suspended and prolonging my case! I had to go on a huge mission to resolve these morons mess up!
Also, don't ever try getting a hold of them via phone, THEY NEVER ANSWER! I've literally spent hours trying to get through and NOTHING, yet when you go to the location, there's always some clerk sitting behind a desk twiddling his thumbs, not doing a single thing! I've had to waste many avoidable trips to this dump because they never have anything done correctly.
I'm honestly surprised they're still in business and allowed to be any sort of representation to the courts. That's probably why they can get away with all the crap they do (or DON'T do) because what can anyone really do about it since it's a court offered establishment.
I've honestly had the worst customer service and experience having to dealing with these scum bags. It's no surprise they had to shut down their office located near the airport. Although this specific location is 100x worse, the building smells like mold and is in a rundown, beat up ghetto looking building.
I never write reviews, but this was literally something I felt I had to share. I hope and pray I NEVER have to deal with Court Options again! And for everyone starting any program here, GODSPEED.
