What a relief it was to finally get some movement on my insurance claim for the roof. Lauren and Margaret knocked it out of the park with how they explained the process, and made us feel comfortable moving forward.

We had major roof damage after Hurricane Irma, like most people in Southern Florida. Every insurance company and person we spoke to were awful to deal with. We kept getting delay after delay and it seemed like we were never going to get the assistance we needed. A friend recommended Lauren Schaefer, with Kanner and Pintaluga, and we couldn't be happier with the help we are receiving from her and the KP team. We are still going through the process but everyone has been so great. The lines of communication are always open and we never feel left in the dark about anything.

They have worst call rep the worst communication my car has been in the shop for at least 5 weeks if not more. When you call you me on hold for 30 minutes and still can't speak to someone. They lock detail bad.

Horrible Company, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! Got into a Accident over 4 Years ago, I was rear ended, Car was destroyed, called 411 PAIN AND was referred here. They told me I was going to get $200 lol and still have not been paid. They never answer calls or Returns Voicemails.

My case finally got settled! I was side swiped while trying to exit 95 on Copans. Long story short, my insurance company tried everything to weasel out of paying for damage and my medical bills. (I needed xrays and some meds - nothing major!) What a mess! Makes you wonder why you pay for insurance! Thanks to Kanner & Pintaluga for straightening everything out!
