Communication between office and client is POOR and subpar. You will never speak to your actual attorney because they don’t have the decency or care to even know who they are representing. They operate extremely slow, without communication, and are extremely ineffective. My experience with them was terrible. My experience with my own hired attorney was nonexistent because they didn’t care to even speak to me once. & My experience with Mercedes, one of the paralegals, was also unacceptable. She NEVER returns a phone call, does not answer her phone, and takes forever to get back to you. Overall, if you want to get anything accomplished, please seek other legal council. These people DO NOT care & are poor examples of legal justice.

My wife was involved an auto accident in July 2019. Based on a referral from a close friend we contracted with Bernstein and Maryanoff to represent us. Overall they did not keep me informed then, almost a month and a half later they decided to close the case on me without really investigating or doing their jobs. They just don’t care the case manager Elizabeth had an attitude every time I tried to call to see what was going on. She made it seem it like I was annoying or a bother just to see what was going on with my case. The attorney never bothered contacting me just the case manager I was allowed to talk to. Like how is your Attorney too busy to talk to their clients does that make any sense to you!!??? I hope this review helps to those who is really looking for a legit firm that really does their jobs.
