Called for legal advice and wanted a consultation with what the website led me to believe was the most informed and caring attorney to advice and support my family through a life threatening, life changing accident. To make it worse, we need a malpractice attorney to advise us on how to deal with the hospital who added more permanent injury and traumatized my family even more. I spent countless hours over several months looking for someone who could handle our case and watched all his videos and truly thought we finally found someone to help my family. I no longer trust these advertisements for free consultations and previous verdicts they boast about that are similar to your situation mean nothing when I never had a conversation with the attorney. They have, as many do, paralegals run interference so as not to waste their time. Our case is worth the time and respect of a face to face consultation and we couldn't even hear his voice and ask advice. We were left feeling victimized again by a broken system. Highly misled by internet ads from this and pretty much all attorneys out there profiting off other's suffering. It's just business. My business is supporting and protecting my family. And when an injustice happens, as it does every day, to innocent people, lives are changed and in some cases taken and we owe it to our loved ones to be informed and educated on our rights and access to resolutions. We look to attorneys for that guidance. I took a lot of time to research this attorney for the different situations that apply to this CASE. To these attorneys, that's all we are, a possible case. If the case is not worth the check to them, they decide not to share their knowledge. I was really disappointed the lack of compassion we received from this attorney, as his paralegal did all the listening and gave us the let em down gently speech. This hospital will continue to abuse and disable patients, negligent drivers continue to get away with hospitalizing people and insurance companies get away with holding back services that victims are entitled to because your everyday citizen is not verse in legal language or policy. I didn't reach out to this attorney to perform surgery. I picked up the courage and pulled the rest of my energy to call for help. I am exhausted and need information and I am not the patient. He is not able to fight for himself and I need legal to help him. I am highly disappointed in this attorney because I didn't get to experience anything his videos and literature advertised. I really thought we found the right attorney based on his website. My family doesn't need sympathy. In 2018 while staying at a resort I had a bad fall in a bathtub where I broke my upper humerus (upper arm) near the shoulder socket. I was rushed to the hospital where I had surgery within hours and had to have a steel plate and 10 screws placed to keep the bone together to mend. All I asked of the resort was to help with medical expenses, they refused. So, my husband and I set out to find an attorney. We tried to find one local, and no one would touch the case. Never did we imagine that we would find someone like Mr. Ziegler and Jenny.

While researching attorney’s my husband came across a case like mine that Mr. Ziegler had represented. We called and spoke with him on the phone and instantly liked him. He was honest with us about slip and falls being one of the hardest cases to take on. He was in no way wrong about that.

Over the last year and a half, we have emailed and talked on the phone more than times than I could ever count. He has always been there to respond to the simplest or hardest questions.
