Morgan Law has to be one of the worst law firms in Miami handling home insurance claims. They are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and never have the time to speak with clients. Meetings are always canceled without professional courtesy of letting clients know, emails, and phone calls are never returned. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY, IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I have been working closely with Robin Benjamin, esq. since Hurricane Irma and find him to be very conscientous and pays close attention to our claims. He is someone you can trust and have faith in during the time of distress. He is always available to answer our questions when need be. I will highly recommend him and his law group at any time.

Unprofessional. Not once in 2 years did they initiate a telephone call or email. I had to constantly call/email for any update, Horrible firm, no one ever knew what was going on. Huge turn around rate on staff. I was told numerous times the person I spoke with last was no longer with the firm. My experience was infuriating and draining

Since Dec 2018 Have been trying to get a straight answer from someone, anyone at this firm and can never have a return call or email response. Unprofessional, uncaring staff doubt attorneys even are aware. Without even so much as a courtesy has allowed Insurance company to postpone depositions twice. Hope to be vindicated soon.

Morgan Law Group assisted me in dealing with an insurance claim. They were responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional. I was satisfied with the end result.
While I hope not to have any future insurance claims, they're the first ones I'll call if I do.
