Office does not care for their clients. we have been dealing with this law firm since 2017 and nothing has been done with the case... you speak to her assistant DANILO PENA he will tell you one thing and she will tell you another,. mind you I've spoken more with her assistant than the atty herself. you have to be babysitting them and practically begging them for a simple call back or email just for a simple update on the case. Majority of the times you call and there is no one who can help you in regards to the case; you leave messages with the front staff and they almost never pass on the message. and when you start questioning her in regards to what has been done on the case she will bark over you instead of listing to her client who is already very upset with her services!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER NOT EVEN TO THE DEVIL HIMSELF!!! does not comprehend that she works for you and your CLIENT IS ALWAYS right ! (especially when they are telling you that you haven't done anything with the case!!) but she's extra quick to put a lien on the case to claim payment when you decide to fire her and take your case elsewhere because again almost 2 years little to no communication or anything being done on the case. I've spoken to Dos santos herself 3 times in almost 2 years.. will not last long !! BEYOND HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE; POOR BEDSIDE MANNERS (When she's upset which mind you she has no reason to be mad especially towards a client pointing out that you work very poorly!) if i could give her no stars i would. Also; sad that she requires her own staff to leave FAKE POSITIVE ratings DANILO PENA IS HER ASSISTANT !!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE LIES JUST TO KEEP A GOOD RATING!!!

You can leave her several messages and emails and it could take months to get an answer if you’re lucky. Sat on my case for almost 2 years before having to switch attorneys due to her lack of communication and professionalism. Wont be around long; wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
