Not bad

After hurricane Irma, the insurance company gave me the run around, refusing to pay for something I had documented that they said they would pay for! I spent hours on the phone trying to untangle this with insurance customer service agents that were often rude and dishonest. Finally, I remembered a friend had used Chris (and won her case) so I asked her for his phone number. Within months it was settled, and I was paid what the insurance company owed me. Plus I didn't have to spend my valuable time going through a million phone menus, transferred around, and arguing with incorrigible insurance agents! I highly recommend him!
