The women that was behind the glass told us that we had no chance at winning a red light camera ticket. She explained that it was better if we just pay the ticket through the court system. If that's the case then why does your company even exist? It was a waste of time to have gone there.

If I could leave zero stars I would. A few years ago I paid them to show up in court for me and I went just to make sure everything went smoothly. No one showed up for me in court. They asked for my name repeatedly and nobody got up. So I decided to just represent myself since I didn't want to get the ticket and luckily the cop did not show up and so the case was dismissed.

I called them and requested my money back since they did not do what they were supposed to but they said that since I represented myself I lost all right to get my money back. So what they were saying is that I should have let the judge give me the ticket which was substantially a large amount of money so then I could argue with ticket clinic in giving back the money I paid them to avoid exactly that.

I literally paid them for nothing.

She had no willingness to help or desire to answer my questions. She told me to email her a picture of my ticket and that she would call me back, she never did. I guess if she doesn’t want to make money that sure is a good way to do it. The ticket clinic should be embarrassed to have someone like her on their staff.

I paid 200 dollars for a lawyer that did NOT show up the day of the hearing. When I asked for a refund they came up with every excuse and lie of the book. Said he could have been around and could have taken care of that at any point of the day.... I don't understand how they can think people would be as stupid as to believe that. It was just that ONE trial whatever the judge would decide was going to be there and then, and my lawyer was not there. Then when they realized I wasn't buying that they said I should have called the office and ask for my lawyer, since when should I take responsibility for an irresponsible lawyer? That I paid for exactly so I wouldn't have to go, if I had decided not to go and trust fully on this incompetent lawyer and place I would have gotten an arrest warrant for not showing up and if not then I wouldn't have had any defense which was the reason I went to the ticket clinic from the start.

I seriously do not recommend this place, they pretty much flat out got 200 dollars from me for doing nothing.
