Rude person.

Very rude, unprofessional and if they do not like the way you look or ask them to do business for you, they are flat out rude, unhelpful, prejudice if you are not part of that community. I don't understand why they are still in business mainly probably because they are only in it for their community I wish somebody in Canada would take it upon their hands to complain to the bar about their business practices along with their morals and ethics it's just not right to simply waste people's time have them come all the way to their office for them to tell you a flat no and not give you any reason for it.

People do not waste your time going here you will be just disappointed and they will not be there for your best interest.

I would have chosen 0 start if the option was there . The guy at the reception was hard to deal with and had an attitude. He did not listen to us at all and interrupted every time when we tried to explain our requirements - did not even bother to look at the checklist. After few repeated efforts, I gave up and decided not to get my docs notarized from this place. And then when we were leaving, he shouted at us to get out of his office.

And, he kept eating his cookies the whole time.
