I hired Cascade Law for a MVA i was involved in, I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. I find it very frustrating when someone that is supposed to be working for you ignores you! I would not recommend them and I will never use them again. Update Jan 21 Marco never did return any phone calls or emails so I called back last week and finally was put through to him. He said he would cover my out of pocket expenses due to an accident and I should have it by the end of last week. So I never received it and when I called and sent emails on the Friday and Monday no response to either? So not only does this lawyer not do his job, he lied to me! And his legal assistant hung up on me when I insisted she tell me when he would be available to speak with All I can say is unprofessional company, beware!!!!!

Michelle Sagert and the wonderful staff at Cascade Law really went out of their ways to help their clients. Michelle overcame one obstacle after another to ensure we receive the best legal services. Google should let me give them more stars! I won’t go into details because there isn’t enough space for the whole story. But let’s just say it was the difference between a devastating outcome for my entire family and one happy guy walking out of their office singing (not literally, but you get the idea).

Stopped by to get certified true copies of my ID docs. They were quick and gave me excellent high quality colour copies with a nice stamp/seal. Marco did the certification and the rate was very reasonable.

Records queries have received responses in a very timely manner. A little thing that means a lot to me.
