A few years ago I was in a car accident. During the accident my back was injured pretty bad and I needed a lot of different types of treatments several times a year from different clinics. After the accident I wasn't able to do a lot of activities that I used to do with no issues even walking and sitting for too long would hurt so much.

First of all, They have giant dogs in the office which I find unprofessional since I have bad anxiety round dogs since being attacked. Second of all, They had me fill out some paperwork for my SSI case and told me they would contact me back. Two weeks later, No call and I have wasted most of my 60 day limit awaiting their response. Extremely unprofessional.
