There is a famous quote "There is no such thing as an honest lawyer". Whoever said that never hired David Lowel. I've had his help now in 3 previous events. He has always been very frank with me, even when he had to tell me things that I didn't want to hear. Of those 3 events, he only charged me for one of them. The other two he was honest with me and told me that we wouldn't win and that I could hire him but that it wouldn't be worth it. With the one case that we did pursue to the finish, he not only won but also gained me an over all financial gain. Yes, I spent around $1000 to hire him for it, but he saved me over $3000 in the long run and also saved me a lot of work and stress. That alone was worth another $500 at least. I've walked into him a few times in town since then and he has always asked how I'm doing and never tried to push any other business on me.
