Jason was excellent and he was recommended by two different law firms prior to hiring him. He was able to prove the other party lied which forced the prosecutor to dismiss the charges. Jason had a good working relationship with the prosecutor and I believe that helped to turn the tide in my favor. I would definitely recommend him.

This was by far the most helpful lawyer office I’ve ever went to. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. They kept me filled in the whole process, and made sure I understood all the details of the case. Miracle workers !

I’m at the point where I wish I would have never hired them. Elizabeth was super helpful up until I signed the retainer and paid them. Since then emails have gone unanswered, calls have gone unreturned. I had to send my retainer twice because I was told they never received it. My court date came and went and when I called for information I was told it was rescheduled. I have left 3 messages for my lawyer to call me so I can talk to him about my case and nothing. My new court date is 3 days away and guess what I’ve heard from my defense team? Nothing.

I never hired these people, but I was searching around for help with a bad car purchase I recently made, and they were INCREDIBLY helpful! They advised me different avenues I could take for free/little expense to me and gave me plenty of referrals. I spent some time on the phone with Jason going over the details of my issue and he fleshed out some possible courses of action. Technically, they've never done work for me, but I really appreciate the effort and time they offered in helping my situation. Also, the receptionist is the sweetest person ever.

Do not waste your time with this lawyer. I consulted with him on a citation I received. An attorney is supposed to make you feel better and give you some hope about your situation. This guy basically was telling me I was guilty within the first ten minutes of sitting down. His real goal was money. He tried to get fifty five hundred out of me without even giving a slightest hope we had a chance. He didn't even familiarize himself with the case until we showed up. He claimed he was having computer problems. Again, I was basically guilty in his eyes before he even looked at the police report or body cam footage. He actually waited until we got there before reading the news article. He was so rude and obnoxious that he angered my entire family. Here is what I did do though after we walked out.

Hired different competent attorney with years of experience practicing law.
Got treated with dignity, honesty and professionalism by my new attorney.
Told everyone I know to never hire him.
Was only charged a thirty five hundred flat retainer fee by my new attorney.
Got the citation dropped down to a simple noise infraction.

I am glad it worked out the way it did. Who knows what the outcome would have been had I hired this guy.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this guy unless you like arrogant compassion less unprofessional attorneys with dollar signs in their eyes, who will condemn you before they have even looked at the facts.

I had called looking for advice, and Jason Smith went above and beyond! He was completely honest and open, and guided me with what I should try and do first before anything else! He even helped to quell my fears, and explained to me how things may go down. If things hadn't pan out, I still would've hired them! Ziad is a great DUI lawyer! He has written his own book on successful DUI strategies, and he really cares about his clients.

Without going into to much detail, I'll say this: I dealt with a DUI attorney in California and they didn't fully resolve my case and had terrible customer service, telling me what they did with almost no explanation. It was a nightmare. Well when I had to fully resolve the issue here in WA, Ziad's team were super helpful and friendly, picked up the pieces quickly and even explained what the hell was going on! The legal system can be very confusing (I think the government likes it that way), so it was great to get an understanding of what was happening and why. Can't recommend them highly enough!! Totally changed my perception of lawyers. There are good ones out there and this is a great collection of them!
