Kathryn knows her stuff, is succinct, clear, and easy to understand. Also, she has good pricing. This would be a ***** five star review except that she was going through a rough patch with the loss of a paralegal after our first meeting. It took a month and escalation to get her to get back to me. I am expecting that all difficulties will be resolved, and this review will be upgraded to ***** five stars when we are all done. It was a one * star review but I am upgrading it based on her responsiveness lately.
