Worst Law Firm we could've ever hired. During our 'free' consultation, the attorney we saw said we had a very strong case and really wanted to take us on! After we signed on the dotted line.... NO communication whatsoever! In fact we had to call them every few months to see where the case was at! We were constantly put on their back burner. I believe our attorney went through 2-3 'paralegals' during our over 4 years waiting for him to help us settle our case. That's right, our case took over 4 years for this firm to settle! To top it off, our attorney retired right before we were to settle! We received a letter in the mail in mid December telling us he was retiring 12/31! Our case was given to another attorney. A nice young man but I believe he was just out of law school and he had no idea about our full case! Thanks to our lawyers, we received peanuts for our settlement. Not even enough to cover our out of pocket medical expenses. To this day, over 7 years later, I still have nerve damage and numbness in my neck and shoulder!

I had a very difficult L&I Insurance case. The company I worked for tried to have there insurance CO stick me with over 200k in Medical bills for, time loss, three knee surgeries and rehabilitation .This do to a technicality in the notes sent to L&I by the Orthopedic surgeon.. By the time I met with Mr Gasiorkiewicz, I was in a very serious situation he took the time to listen to me. Then went after the apposing Law firms case by. Reading and researching everything he needed, to take this case before the Washington State's Board of Insurance Attorney General. After winning the first 3 appeals, My Employers Insurance co. Withdrew all appeals and closed the case. He was a true champion for my case and my family. I have been a fighter all my life but this was a situation I could not win on my own.

Met with them 2 years ago about an L&I injury that L&I would not continue physical therapy or any more diagnosis. Lost my lifting ability that surgeon verified. Could not do my job any longer. There agent said, might get you another few thousand dollars but we'll take most of that. Met with Dale Wagoner in Stanwood wa. Got full disability with 3 years back pay. I upped my review rating after today's phone conference with Mr Robinson. I will Periodically update my review to 5 Stars as my concerns with my current LNI claim is addressed.

I have had Mr Robinson representing me on my LNI claim for 8 years. The office has refused to let me speak with an attorney or provide me reasonable access to an attorney or offer any legal counsel whatsoever for 2 years after repeated request to speak with anyone at all or simply ask that a paralegal see if they can interpret what the I letter I received from my claim manager means. The Rep at LNI has provided the only information I or Guidance I have received this year. I was hung up on then transferred and put on hold every time i call. i waited 2 weeks for a simply call back that did not happen. I simply want to know if i can see an LNI provider for treatment of my knee. And It appears that in response to a secure message I submitted to my claims manger she has reopened my claim and scheduled an IME for an issue I informed Mr Robinson and Kole about 8 months ago and was not mentioned by them resulting in my claim being closed. I fortunately found of this out on my own. Maybe I am missing something but I called again today to ask if they would read the tone paragraph letter from my claim which appears to state they were reopening my claim that was closed based on the information I provided myself. I called the LNI office to ask inquire if it meant what i thought it did after I I was repeatedly hung up on by this firm. The gentlemen at LNI was helpful and polite stating" in his opinion he read it as I did. That they had reopened my claim and postponing the closer and scheduling an IME to see if I needed addition treatment. The LNI Rep informed me it appeared the message I sent to my claim manager 2 days prior that response was to reopen my claim. He further stated my account would likely update to show my claim is now reopened and allowed. I simply need to have surgery based on a MRI of me knee the department authorized showing more torn meniscus before it was closed months ago. I simply need to know where or how I am allowed to seek orthopedic treatment as i can barley walk because I have a torn meniscus in my knee that requires surgery according to the orthopedic office. surely i missed something. I have been charged for representation and They failed to mention medical imaging the MRI objectively showing torn meniscus that require surgical repair. I was hung up 4 times to day and told they could not help me. 8 years I have said nothing nor made a complaint or review. I feel I have nowhere to go and I am currently filing complaint with the Washington State Bar association in hopes to resolve this and reestablish communication with Mr Robinson. I do not want wish to pursue dissolving the relation. I simply wish to be represented in some reasonable fashion. feel free to contact via Facebook as I am happy to provide the documents from LNI showing this has actually occurred. Alice is extremely rude and when the going got tough, Robinson shuffled my case to a less experienced attorney to settle for less than I deserved. Way less.

I had a simple car accident and my case fell through the cracks more than twice, dragging out a frustrating situation. My phone calls weren't returned for two months. I was told my attorney had retired and was assigned a new one. Eventually I was told to come in to sign paperwork finally and when I got there they couldn't find it and the person I was supposed to meet with wasn't there so I had to schedule again and make a second trip. Then finally, I was told I could pick up my check on a certain day so I gave them a couple more days just to be sure my check was there and when I came in it wasn't ready ! They forgot! They apologized and I had to come back a second time to get it. Very unorganized and construction was going on creating even more chaos .
