Initial contact was good.

Second time I contacted Paul Pelzer with a question, he was rude and dismissive. Even if he couldn't help this time, I didn't expect that kind of response. I was also very stressed at the time; a kind and respectful reply would have been appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend, based on this second contact, with this particular lawyer.
