I was tentatively referred to this lawyer, I heard many bad things and some good things but that’s layers right well this law office is one for the books, the lady that runs it is beyond rude and carries herself like she’s better than me but we all put our pants on the same as anyone else so no need for that. I don’t think this law office takes concern for their clients like others, would not recommend only took me a couple seconds to figure that out.

I met Rossberg for a consultation to review a parenting plan I had established on my own through the courts in 2009. My dilemma was that the other parent picked child up outside of the parenting plan AND wasn't returning child. Local Law misread the parenting plan- so they weren't getting involved.

I hired Sunday to represent me for a parenting plan when my ex moved out of state. The entire time Sunday was my attorney she was dismissive, argumentative, ill-mannered and flighty. She minimized my very valid and true concerns and refused to listen to what I needed, she even went as far as calling me high maintenance and erratic. I hired her for the very specific purpose that my child would not be taken out of the state without a parenting plan in place. Not only is that not what happened, but she didn't even put up a fight when the judge implemented an oral agreement for a trial period. When my ex took my daughter and refused to give her back, Sunday had no clue what to do. Luckily, I was able to find an attorney better equipped to handle the job, and got my child back. I paid her over seven thousand dollars and we never even went to trial. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

The absolute worst lawyer I ever met, rude, charges for things she didn’t do, then does things without prior permission and charges you for it! If your willing to pay $8000 and not even go to court, be my guest! I have several friends that did a consult with her and did not like her either and opted for another attorney, I should have done the same!

Sunday Rossberg is a top-notch attorney. She was appointed to my daughter by the Judge of an extremely ugly custody dispute (GAL). She went to town to protect my daughter. The custody battle was very complicated because it involved so many things. This liar will tell you anything just to steal your money. Mean while acting like she is going to do you some big favor by not charging as much as she should. Gets to the trial late (appearing to be hung over) Then, called me and my witness by the wrong name more then once. It was a complete joke waste of time and money.
