Mr. Raeon coerced my husband and I, under duress, to take a judgement for legal fees, to be paid to his client(our landlord), that we did not actually need to take according to our own outside leagal advice(after the fact). In addition, when he reported the "judgement" to the courts, it was filed as an eviction! Our lease was up 5/31/19 and we had paid our rent for May in full. We were out on 5/31/19... not sure how it's even possible to be evicted from a property you've already vacated. This, obviously, destroyed our rental history, making it impossible to find housing for my 3 small children and myself.
He is a lier. He is sneaky. He is immoral. And this former military family is now homeless due to his sleazy, immoral behavior.
