Martha is an awesome attorney! She is honest, diligent, knowledgeable, and focused. If I ever have any other issues that need an excellent attorney Martha would be the first one I would call.

Martha did do good work for custody mediating, helping my ex and I come to a verbal agreement we were both okay with. Everything following our initial over-the-phone mediation severely lacked continuity and was needlessly costly, laborious and inefficient.
Many details were skimmed over, attachments noted in the first line of emails were missed, old stipulation documents were sent to me to have notarized – I have every email and attachments to show inconsistency and oversights if you’re curious please contact me, honestly.
Martha cost me hundreds extra with my own attorney for unnecessary phone calls trying to sort out her mistakes. It was 100% avoidable that I paid for.
It would have been nice to not waste additional time with unnecessary emails, phone calls or do quality control on something you’re paying $200 an hour for. I wouldn’t recommend, or if you do use mediation, file your own paperwork through the court’s self help - we just thought paying Martha to do it would be easier but ironically turned out to be needlessly costly, laborious and inefficient.

(The bill attached is my half, it was $1387.20 total for one 3-hour mediation session and document filing)

Went there for mediation. She failed to put items down that were discussed then "clarified" by revising the agreement which meant adding things not on the original agreement to the benefit of the other party causing further argument and more legal fees afterward. Good mediators get the agreement made up and signed before you leave to prevent this kind of thing. If you choose her make sure you get the agreement signed BEFORE you leave or it's a waste of your time and money going here.

DO NOT use any mediation through Roletto Law you will get screwed like I did get an attorney that is competent and fast I was so frustrated with Martha's lack of communication that I didn't understand fully what I was signing I just wanted it done and now I'm completely screwed so don't be like me DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR OFFICE get a real attorney that will listen and get the job done correctly.

Anyone who has been through a legal child custody case knows how scary and stressful it is. I know that in the days leading up to mediation in our case, the anxiety on both sides was crippling. Martha and staff were so understanding. From initial greeting to leaving the office they were genuinely kind and comforting. We had several mediation sessions with Martha. In each one they were equally as compassionate. They also met us where we were at in our ability to communicate at the time. Our mediations varied; in the same room with Martha present, separated with her relaying communication, lawyers present and us separated and lawyers present with everyone in the same room. No matter the structure of the session; Martha, her staff and the environment helped contribute to a less stressful experience. The environment and accommodations are amazing. I read through all the reviews before posting mine, because I am a curious being. We had Martha for a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL). I was very apprehensive at first, because of the way the court system generally favors women and the judge we have is probably the worst in the county. In addition to that, my older son, made some really stupid mistakes, that were being used against me. I share all of this, because the cards were literally stacked against me and my wife. While the report took a long time, there was an immense amount of data to cover, and it seemed Martha had a lot on her plate. She brought to light the truth, was extremely thorough in her process, and we were able to get our time back with our daughters. Martha is a good soul and gives her best effort to find the truth. I highly recommend her as a GAL.
