I used Mr. Waite for my divorce. The divorce papers I signed were not the papers that were delivered to my ex.(found that out later after they were filed)
Also, he told me the papers were filed. I then found out a month later, they had yet to be filed.
I then had to get a letter from him stating I could sell my property. I emailed him about the letter but heard nothing back. My realtor also contacted Mr. Waite about the letter. He told my realtor it was in the office and I just had to pick it up. Once I went to the office, Mr. Waite didn't even know who I was.(this was witnessed by another individual that was with me.)
These are just a few issues I had of many, in what should've been a relatively simple divorce.

Great Job! I highly recommend Kevin. I have been working with Kevin for many years going through a custody battle. I had someone threaten me with a law suit and Kevin wrote them one letter and it completely went away. He saved me from what could have been a horrible ordeal. His service was quick and not I thought not very expensive compared to what could have been.

Without knowing the judicial system ins and outs I was cautious about approaching an attorney for my cause. Kevin proved helpful and informative, leading me on the right track even if needing to go to trial. When I had questions of law and due practice, Kevin was quick to respond during phone calls or early AM emails while he was in the office. Avoid if you are planning to go to trial. Kevin appears to have vast knowledge and experience, but falls flat in the courtroom. He was late to every hearing and the trial! Just a waste of money. There are better lawyers in the city that will charge less.
