These guys have been my registered agents for over 7 years and they are awesome. Super responsive, helpful and engaged. I've never had an issue. They are easy to communicate with. Their client portal is super intuitive to use and all documents are uploaded promptly and you are alerted to ensure you are updated in real time. Thank you guys for being so great!

After seeing some negative reviews I wanted to hop in and say my 2 cents on my experience with these guys the past 1.5 years.

First off it's important to realize they're only charging 40 bucks annually. It's hard to break even if people are complaining about phone calls to them when in reality, that 30 min call probably lost them half of what they earn from their time with you. With that in mind I only email them and all my questions have been answered promptly and effectively.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, they've demonstrated trustworthyness and integrity.

Also being able to view the documents same day online is really helpful.

I have read so many good things about this business. I wanted to utilize their services to start my LLC. However, I wasnt able to find their policy or procedure to "IF" they were to go out of business- how would they notify or would they notify business' to ensure they could transition into another registered agent. NO big deal! I get lost on websites all the time!
I called to ask this question and was served by Mr. Jerome S. His customer service was very nice, they did in fact answer the phone- their site lists them as a 6am-6pm hours of operation unlike google.
Unfortunately when speaking with Mr. Jerome the only answer he was able to provide was that they had been in business since 2009 and they took dozens of new customers a day. So, I asked my question again- what is the policy and procedure to "IF" the doors closed at your establishment how would customers/business owners be notified? His response was I dont know, I would have to ask an owner.

I find it hard to belive there isnt a process in place to handle this risk. However, employees should be informed with this information regardless how low this falls on a risk assessment. It would give me the peace of mind. I am sure I am not the only one.

I hope management is able to reach out and make this information either easier to find? or Inform their staff so that the information can be provided when someone calls in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY!! Before i decided too hire this company too represent my orginization i called with some questions. I spoke too some old man that sounded decrepit & seemed uninterested in answering any questions that i had.

Now i have to refile articles that should have been taking care of the 1st time when i hired this place too do it!!

We've used this registered agent for about 4 years now and they are absolutely on top of it. Simple website, notifications and communication. All is great.

Created an LLC using these guys a few years back and remember the process being extremely easy. I got a little frustrated today as I had closed this business a few years back and saw some outstanding invoices for the past years I hadn't been in business. Brad immediately told me he cancelled the outstanding invoices. Quick easy painless again. Definitely recommend, product exactly as needed and they put the customer first.
