I've now opened 3 llc's with northwest and the speed of their service along with the ease of their online system is unmatched.

They're willing to do everything to please the customer. I had an issue with an EIN being rejected and Northwest insisted it was a valid number. There was a miscommunication with the IRS and I mistakenly believed that northwest had made a mistake.

Turns out it was the IRS who were at fault and the matter was sorted. However before this came to light, northwest issued me a refund for their services.

Nine Days ago I GOOGLED "How to change from a sole proprietorship to an LLC" and was lead to this company. I looked on the web for information about this group and it appeared to be legit. I have not heard anything from them since my filing (and payment for $264) except that they needed more info, which when I follow their link, there is no place to answer additional questions, and appears to be no need for more information, and from an agent who said that they do not know how to dissolve a sole proprietorship, and that I would need to call my state, (though I paid an annual fee, in addition to LLC fee, for them to be my agent with the government). I am concerned that I have been scammed. If not and they are legit, I will amend this review, but since they are not responding, I am very concerned.

Great customer service, Paul answered all of my questions when I was forming my LLC and made sure that I had everything taken care of correctly. Very highly recommend this company, I'll sticking with them from now on.

Pretty scammy. I’m at prob 2 dozen emails trying to get the packet I was charged $39 for. They tell me their isn’t one. And are trying to invoice me from another state after pressing a wrong button on their website. No questions answered, just blanket statements or attitude. I found all I needed in a google search after they refused to answer my questions. $135 to file articles of organization and a non existing how to packet. What a joke

These guys are real. They do LLCs. They do just as good a job as Legal Zoom. They do it for much cheaper. And they do it with 1 or 2 day turnaround, for FREE, whereas Legal Zoom charges HUNDREDS of dollars for that. They also have great people available on the phone. I paid. I received service. It was not a scam. Legit business. I'm very, very happy I found these guys. Legal Zoom would've taken a month and cost much more.

I am an American living abroad and I used this service to open an LLC in Wyoming believing it would be simple to then open a bank account in the State of Nevada (as stated on the website), where I would be living. In April I traveled to Las Vegas and I was told by a major bank that they do not recognize registered agents and I would need to register as a Foreign Corporation with the Nevada Secretary of State in order to proceed. The following week I was driving through Wyoming and I tried to open a bank account there, and was told the same thing. Neither major bank recognizes registered agents.

It costs over $700 to register as a foreign entity with Nevada. This would be in addition to the nearly $400 I paid to have the WY LLC formed. As a result I will likely just dissolve the WY LLC and form a new company in NV through their Secretary of State website once I have my new NV address. This process was a big waste of money for me personally, not to mention the wasted travel costs. I did call Northwest Registered Agent to try get some information about alternatives and I was told that I would need to contact an attorney because they cannot legally give advice. Ideally I would like a refund, but that's improbable.

We really appreciated the good customer service. Once I contacted them with a few questions, the team was very responsive. Thank you all.

I highly recommend you to do business with them because at first I doubt that they could really organize my company. Although it was not too fast it took about 9 days but they answer calls and emails very quickly which reassures me while the process. I am in Haiti, even my accent is not quite good, but they try to understand me in order to help in the best possible way. It deserves to be congratulated.

Except the service for obtaining the EIN without social security number is too expensive but, it's reassuring to do business with them!

This company started emailing me stating that I have an account with them, and I will be invoiced for services this month. I have never heard of this company, and they have refused to cancel any service that I supposedly have. Instead, they keep emailing me asking me to create an account on their site to cancel my own services. BEWARE.

They are unable to perform LLC services as advertised. Had to ask for refund. Wasted a week of time. ATTENTION: There is a company in WY posing as several different companies at different prices. I tried two other LLC formation companies and their address and name are exactly the same on my credit card details from Amex. After you log in the dashboard is the EXACT same for all three. I would stay away from this company. Hopefully the $725 in charges they've accumulated in my card get refunded soon since none of them are able to form a Wyoming LLC for me...though it's been 4 days since the first one and none are refunded yet.

I signed up yesterday with Northwest Registered Agent, because they did the things I wanted, and for the things I can and would prefer to do myself anyway, they leave that to me. But what really blew me away was when a couple hours ago today, I got the files uploaded to my account, that my LLC paperwork was done and the organization has been formed. Ari was so fast that I got everything back in just under 24 hours. Unbelievable, when all the competitors tell you it'll take a week or more unless you spend a lot more money.

I recently registered my California LLC at the same time a friend of mine registered his. he used a way more expensive service (initials LZ) paid double what I did. we filed online at the same time. he was thinking he would get his finished and approved by the state a lot faster. false!! mine was actually done one day faster! Sara was my go to person at northwest. she was great! answered all my questions through email and telephone really fast!

Northwest alleviated my frustration when I contacted them to register my church name. The staff is knowledgeable, and it doesn't matter who you speak with when call, you get great service. They are very efficient and saved me a great deal of time. They also responded promptly to any questions I had via email. Great customer service!

This company provides a valuable service for firms that operate outside of their "home" incorporated state. They are efficient and helpful and provide a much needed service at a reasonable rate. Plus they have support.

It is something odd about the structure at Northwest Registered Agent. Most likely, because of the seriousness of our legal endeavor they rise much higher than any company I have interacted with.

What I am getting at is, you know how it is such a nightmare to start the conversation over each time you get a different person? Well these folks are seamless. The care of the first person you interact with is handed off to anyone you may work with on a future exchange. Seems impossible to pull off, ...but these folks do it. Either their company sends them on company retreats on some challenging endeavor together every six months, or they are just the most amazing team this side of the Mississippi!

Absolutely Awesome! This was my first time starting a business and I was very nervous how to go about that. I had been researching exactly how to do it and who to go through. I was initially going to go through legal zoom but they seemed very expensive to get your company going. The cheapest wouldn't get you started for 30 days. Upon further looking, I found an article for alternative companies and came across Northwest registered agent and don't regret it one bit. This experience was so easily transparent, quick and professional as anyone could ever ask for. I filed for my LLC on a Saturday and by Wednesday my LLC certificate was complete. The very next day I had my EIN. I couldn't have asked for better service. Took all the documents from my account that was created to the bank and had everything I needed to open my business account. Thank you guys very much for the excellent service. Paying extra for the registered agent is worth every bit of money. Not having to do anything and having it all taken care of is worth everything.

Wow I'm actually stunned and amazed. I needed help forming a LLC company and I was going to hire legal zoom and I called them to get pricing and how much it would cost me to hire them to file for my LLC through my state and EIN through the federal OMG they where in my opinion expensive but...... Just to be sure I called around and Rocketlawyer was also pretty expensive at this point I'm like jeez okay I'll hire legal zoom which I started digging deeper and found out that legal zoom doesn't file right away they kinda take there time and rocket lawyer well they was very expensive as well. Anyways I started researching and found (Northwest )I talked with an agent and wow there customer service alone is outstanding! They said they would file my LLC through the state and file for my EIN after. Well for one they beat legal zoom and rocket lawyer hands down when it comes to customer service and $$$$ pricing and OMG Northwest actually stands behind you for a year for free. And they are freaking fast at filing your paperwork so you can get your business going. I hired this company like 9 days ago and my state already accepted my LLC thank you very much Northwest, I will use this company every year now guaranteed. I've been a customer of Northwest Registered Agent for a couple of months now, and while I've not often interacted with them the few times I've needed help they have always been prompt, courteous, and VERY helpful.

Starting with the very first day, when I had made a minor (but critical) typographical error entering the details of my business when I initially registered for their service -- I sent a panicked e-mail to their support team (this was after hours) to try to get the issue resolved before the erroneous data was filed with the SOS, and within a few minutes I received the response that they had taken care of the issue and updated all relevant documentation. Very quick and efficient, no hassles, and helped put this brand new first time business owner's mind at ease during a very stressful time!

Then today another issue arose -- no fault of theirs -- a client mistakenly sent payment to the RA address instead of my company PO box. I duly received the notification that regular mail had been received, and sure enough there was a scan of the check from the client -- sitting in the RA office in Reno instead of my PO box in Las Vegas! Again, following a single e-mail exchange, Northwest Registered Agent is going "above and beyond" to help resolve this situation for me.
