I purchased the retainer of one; Pamela H. Rohr for a family member, having come highly recommended I expected a professional and skillful incumbent. Instead I was greeted with general apathy, often not receiving reply on legal matters for days at a time. The attorney (Pamela H. Rohr) would regularly postpone, forget or otherwise refuse to modify urgent legal documents needed in upcoming court dates. Even the judge noted the poor quality of document filing. Needless to say the proceedings did not go well.

After their contract had expired the PLLC was given every reasonable amount of time to calculate their charges against the maintained retainer. They however would delay until eventually outright refusing to provide a bill of services rendered as is outlined in the contract dictating the services rendered while under contract to calculate appropriate charges. They simply silently kept the whole retainer and cut off all communication with myself and my family (relevant to contractual signing)

I would, with the utmost contempt, recommend avoiding the use of this law office for poor quality of work, unprofessional behavior and breaking contractual obligations.
