Dana represented my son on his first appearance. He was professional and polite. Be respectful when you talk with him, leave you emotions outside and you'll do well.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! He should be disbarred. He does not respond to any calls or emails. He is not transparent about the legal process. He does not make his clients a priority. He confused me with other clients when I was asking him questions. He made everything about my case more stressful and more confusing. He did not end up doing what I paid him for because he was so unresponsive that I switched representation. He does not care about his clients, he is not helpful, and he is rude. I've never left a Google review before but please please please do not hire him no matter the circumstances. Find anyone else. I wouldn't hire him if he was 10x cheaper than the next representation.

I used Dana Kelly the last few years because there is nobody else in the county. He charges a lot and doesn’t complete what I paid him for. I turned in declarations to him that he never used to take my ex back to court for custody of my son. He just plain won’t call me back, won’t answer emails, nothing. Unless he wants money he can’t be reached. He got my name wrong in court three times, got the city I live in wrong, got my tribes name wrong several times and was just overall unprepared. It’s shocking how much he charges for what I got. Don’t use him. Tell everybody you know not to.

He's impossible to get in touch with. He's been "handling" a simple non contested divorce, prepaid. It's been almost a year , and can't find him in the office or contact him by phone.

I called to ask a question and get verification on my divorce paperwork from the opposing attorney, who happened to be Mr. Kelley. I was treated rudely, called a child and told to get an attorney when I just had a question. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. He is rude, unprofessional and absolutely not a person I would ever recommend.
