Anyone with a brain should know that our law enforcement representatives hand out traffic tickets like candy. The process is flawed and overwhelming works against law-abiding drivers. I personally believe that local governments, in particular, use police officers to help fill their
cities' (and counties') treasuries! One of the truly sad aspects of this "game" is the reality of traffic cameras which are used to "snag" unsuspecting" drivers. I think taxpayers should make every effort to get out of these financial obligations. Most often, using an attorney is the best option towards securing a dismissal of the infraction in traffic court. I recommend Andy Phipps. His professionalism, legal competence, and success on behalf of his clients combine to place him in an "Ace" category! I got a 60 in a 55 speeding ticket and a ticket when I rear ended somebody swerving to avoid a pedestrian running from the police on I-5 South in Lynnwood (all within a week).
