Joy has done exactly as she promised in helping me formalize my bankruptcy with the courts. She is very detail oriented and clearly had the outcome of my bankruptcy set up in my favor and in a way most beneficial to my situation. It is my guess that anyone with complaints in regards to Joy are either being stopped in their tracks for attempting to commit a fraud or more simply, people that do not possess the knowledge or life experience required to be patient in regards to the bankruptcy process or the process of law in general. I have been attempting to file a bankruptcy with her office for over six months now. I paid in full up front and have little to no communication with her office despite repeated attempts to contact them. If you want something done quickly and effectively, this is not the lawyer for you. I am regretting my decision very much, but I already paid her $1500 fee.
