The absolute WORST! I can't call them a "company" because that would be a disgrace to real companies. This is a group of rude people who do nothing but lie. I wish I could review without giving any stars, because one star is too many. Just horrible

These people keep calling my job harassing me and then some guy who claimed to be the supervisor was very rude and hung up in my face.

CIC managed the collection of my judgement against a renter that claimed they would never pay.

CIC quickly garnished wages and collected all my money. Call Salvador if you need help collecting judgements.

Horrible, unprofessional Customer Service; called back after several missed calls and the rep hung up on me mid-conversation. Called back again and a different rep said she would not hang up on me after voicing my frustration, but she proceeded to immediately transfer me to a voicemailbox. Cannot get an actual person on the phone to provide me any details whatsoever; it's like they just want to pass the buck.

They are currently garnishing 25 percent of my wages, and I was never legally served at any point. I was completely oblivious as to why my money was being stolen from me. I seriously question the legality of this establishment.

I was approached by this company wanting to take on a case for a judgement that was never paid to me. Since September I had talked to 3 different people that are all no longer there and that all claimed to be management. I had to talk to so many different people because they were never still with the company.They had all been nice and informative until the gal I talked to today named Dawn. She also claimed to be a manager that's been there 15 years. She was ridiculously rude and short with me. She was treating me like a "debtor". I will NOT be doing business with these people and I hope no one else does either.

These folks called me after a small claims case was filed by me against a not so savory family. They ignored my requests and calls to get reimbursed after their dog ran in to the street and caused over 2k dollars in damage to my car. They hunted down the guilty lowlifes, put a lien on their home and when they sold the home last week, the mortgage company got a hold of us and I had a check in hand, along with accrued interest, 2 weeks later !!!! These guys ROCKED it and I would definitely use them again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!!!! Thank you

Very unprofessional! I filed bankruptcy back in 2015 because 1. We went out of business. Out of the blue 3 years plus they Mail me a letter saying I owed a debt that was included in the bankruptcy. I kindly and professionally called them to provide the case number and attorney information. The girl, plus a supervisor said I was required to send in paper docs of the bankruptcy and proof the business is out of business. I told them I was not required by law to provide information. And that it was public records to look it up themselves. They did not like it and hung up one me. I then called back a third time and told them to tell me thank you for providing them with the valid information needed. And they did Very unprofessional and the people that work there need to remember they are talking with other human beings. I guess there $9.00 hour jobs are worth all the stress.

I've been getting spam calls from them for a few months. They like to 'transfer you' when you call in and accidently hang up on you. They had the wrong number the entire time, but kep leaving vague voicemails. I'm amazed this is a real business.

If I could give them - Stars, I totally did. they are the worst human beings ever in this planet. unprofessional employees. I don't understand why god still gives them the job. I am a judgement recovery company near Seattle. These dirt bags approached my client attempting to steal a judgement that was already assigned to me. No ethics.....Enjoy the Karma Sal and I hope you waste many hours chasing the debtor I have spent many days looking for...LOL!

Terrible company and disgraceful employees. I tried to get info on a garnishment from 12 YES 12 years ago from a previous marraige. I got a VOICEMAIL. 10 year limit on collections people. My lawyer will crush you !!!!!

Dean Hamilton is unprofessional and rude. He actually hung up the phone during a conversation. Yes this is my debt unfortunatly obtained through my ex-husband. You do not have to treat people like they are criminals. Anyone with a Business degree learned that you can conduct any business in a positive manner. I tried to explain that I have recently had 2 back surgeries and shoulder surgeries. That I am a single mom of 3 just getting back to work after surgeries and going to business college all on my own with out any support. I tried to explain I could provide medical records but he hung up.

I did more research and work then they did. I received zero updates in 6 months. I emailed 8 times with no answer, i finally get a reply and i tell them i want to terminate the service. She says her boss is busy with meetings (the original manager left or got fired a month prior). So i told her to pencil me in because i was going to go there if they cant answer their phones either. I went there and the new manager, lets call him "opens the door and pokes his head out" tells me that they will terminate the service and email me, guess what? I never got anything, so im working with a new lawyer against these people.SURPRISE if you guys didnt know yet.

Beware of this company, they debit money from people's accounts without permission. They do not send letters of intention and conduct court cases and never let anyone know. When you call and ask questions, they do not want to talk to you or tell you they do not have to answer.
