To start off, if there were was a selection for no stars I would choose that. I have never been so disappointed and embarrassed in my life after coming here. I had suggested to a friend of mine to come here because this is where I always come to get my taxes done and I would boast to her saying that they are really great and helpful. This is where the humiliation and shame comes in. John Pham was the one who was helping us, everything was going smoothly until he missed some of the expenses my friend had to put in. She had all receipts and legal documents needed but he would not accept and put them in. We kept asking him why but he wouldn't give an answer and just said "No, I can not " which did not make sense because if you have all proper and legal documents this shouldn't be a problem. SO, this kept going on for about 10 minutes so we said hey since you can not help us today we will just go to a different place and still pay him the fee even though we didn't finish the process. We gave him the fee and this is what he said back to us "NEVER COME BACK HERE AND STEP IN MY OFFICE AGAIN" in front of his clients and workers. Never have I felt so humiliated, I felt so bad for my friend that she had to deal with this kind of humiliation. Then I asked him why did he say that? Why did you say that in front of your clients? He just responded saying what I did was not right and because I didn't finish the process with him. I told him "This is just one time that I couldn't finish the process because you weren't helping my friend even though she has the legal documents you need, and who knows maybe next year I would come back and work with you again but after hearing this from you I will never want to come back." After hearing me say this he just stayed quiet because he knew, he shouldn't have said that in front of so many people. So I suggest to anyone doing there taxes to not come here. It's really disappointing because I have been a recurring customer here and to have been treated this way is absolutely obnoxious and outrageous. I will definitely never recommend this place to anyone ever again.
