I had very bad experience with Miss Lindsey and her office. My case was put behind for month and months. I didn’t hear any updates, she did not do anything for me until I decided to tell her I’m discontinuing my case. When I reached out to let her know she apologized me for delay and told me it will be ready for me to review by next week. I provided updated information (it was long enough time to have to change my kids age in the documents and my income has changed) Again, I didn’t hear from her anything for another month and I gave up. She charged me for her few hours of her work, I paid $800 for being stood up. I went to get legal help from attorney so I can get fair judgment for my children as single mom but instead of getting helped I wasted my money and time, energy for depending on someone totally wrong. And worst thing was she acted completely different than when I open the case with her and seemed like she didn’t care at all in the end. The office was rude and irresponsible. I hope nobody have to experience what I’ve experienced specially when you are needing help.

They don't do pro bono and very rude

Great for a child support situation.

Had him prepare documents for me.... they needed to be corrected several times.. I paid for his services and later was sent a bill with a different amount added on.. He said the original was an estimate, yet I was done using his services when I paid him. I asked him about it and he freaked out on me saying he didn’t want to be harassed over billing and unless I was going to pay it, he did not want to continue the conversation. I asked for the times and dates he’s trying to bill me for and he told me he was done and that I could stop emailing him about it... What a douche!!

Miss Lindsay is currently my friend's divorce lawyer. My observation is that is VERY UNCARING and ok with my friend getting a horrible and unjust judgement against her. I spoke with my own personal divorce lawyer who told me that my friend should have no problem with alimony and child support but she was told by the court that she has to pay alimony despite earning less than her ex. Miss Lindsay seems to be just fine with that. No real explanations. No real education. If this is a fair judgement then we should understand that because she should have explained it to us. She shows no real concern or effort on behalf of my friend. My friend feels completely isolated
