3 words to describe W&L: Get Things Done! This is my 2nd time hiring W&L and both times I was blown away at the service, response and care from the team. Unfortunately, both times came from auto accidents that were not my fault, but fortunately, after healing, W&L took care of me on the financial side. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. You will be pleased with the experience and professionalism they offer. Both times I worked with Bruce W and he went above and beyond in answering calls, texts, emails and even meeting me out of his way. I hope to never call them again but if life hands me another lemon, I'm contacting W&L every time :)

Bruce and Co. handled a complicated multi-party case with relative ease, taking a major weight off the shoulders of my wife (who was hit twice in a month, with our young daughter in the car and went through treatment while pregnant with our second daughter) and I. We switched to Bruce after a very poor experience with another law firm, which might be to blame for the mess Bruce and Elina inherited.

The team was responsive and helpful! Four stars due to some persistent errors with spelling of names and a couple of smaller missed bills — but again, it was a complicated case and we came out the other side happy with the services rendered to us. I'd call Wiener & Lambka again if I ever needed future representation in a similar matter.

I'm not so sure I'd recommend them. I called becuase I got into an accident and needed help dealing with my insurance company. They said it wasn't something they did and gave me the number to a referral service. The service she sent me to charges money. They probably get money for everyone who says they called becuase of them.

It bothered me that it seemed like she was mad at me for calling and it wasn't even a question as to whether or not she wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. Customer service isn't their strong suit.

If I were them, I'd find a different legal assistant who doesn't sound like she hates her life and I'd get actual referrals. Partners people can call if you can't help them.

The person that made my experience acceptable is Tina Thurston. Without Tina to respond to my emails and do the research necessary the culmination of a four year long ordeal would probably not be coming to and end even now. I cannot say enough about her pleasant and helpful attitude, her immediate response to emails and general projection of
efficiency and caring. She is an amazing attribute to this firm.

Bruce Wiener... What can I say about Bruce Wiener? He's FANTASTIC! Bruce and his team worked tirelessly for over a year on my case, and kept me informed every step of the way. This was my first major accident, and I can say with full confidence if I ever have another, my first call will be to the Wiener and Lambka team. Insurance companies are tricky, don't try and do it alone! Because of Bruce's hard work, I was able to focus on recovering, not haggling with insurance. Seriously, call them!

I was in a car accident 2 years ago in Oregon where the laws differ from here in Washington. I only had liability insurance and did not have money to pursue my medical needs. A friend referred me To Wiener & Lambka. I gave them a call and Mr. Lambka drove to my area the very next morning where we discussed my case. He found a Chiropractor in my area that would allow me to be billed for my medical treatment and for that I am grateful.

Through the process of getting me back to health, his office always maintained contact with me and kept me updated on my case. The legal assistant Tina Thurston was the most helpful! She always answered any of my questions and her communication with me was impeccable. Anytime I sent an email I could expect a response back from Tina within minutes.

When it came time to settle my case I wasn't quite pleased with the amount I was receiving. Wiener & Lambka worked hard and diligently to ensure I was fairly compensated. I was injured in a three car accident back in 2007, unfortunate for us, we were the middle car. I believe my accident was settled in 2011 and we had applied for relief from my underinsured motorist at that time. My mother had become seriously ill and had two significant surgeries just under a year apart and I was unable to devote the time needed to pursue the claim.
