If you are homeless and need to file for social security this is the place to go. You are treated with dignity and respect and they will help you apply and receive the benefits you deserve. They will be with you from beginning to end and help you any way they can. Honest, friendly and caring.

When my SS Disability benefit was cancelled in 2017 due to a clerical error in the SS system, I found it nearly impossible to penetrate their bureaucracy. I was advised by a friend to call SCLC. The phone call was answered by Marly. Her positive and reassuring manner gave me the confidence to move forward. A meeting with attorney Michael Martin led to the resolution of my claim, with benefits restored properly. 5 stars and a huge THANK YOU to Marly, Michael, and SCLC (plus a monetary donation I made online!).

Well, considering the fact that I need a lawyer Hannah Rosenberger at this office is the person you want to see. At least, she is the one that has been helping me for the past 3 months on my case and things look good. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been turned down for SSDI and needs a lawyer. Having to do it all over again I would get a lawyer the very first thing and these guys definitely are the ones you want to help you. I'll let you know how my case went but up until now I have received a phenomenal amount of help from not only Hannah but the rest of the individuals in the office.

Yes I agree with Justin thanks. This place took a long time to help me then no help ever came. Before the court date a week they wanted me to ask for more time. This place does suck. Thanks Justin.

This place sucks. I got a referral from 211 for this place. Told them when my court date was. They said no problem we can help. Gave them all my information. Told them again of my court date. 211 told them of my court date. They said no problem we can help a attorney will contact you. A week a half before my court date. They can't help the court date as too close. I did everything right. I contacted a month and a week before my court date. Just beware before contacting this place. They lied to me. Now I have to go to court with no attorney because they told me they would help me.

Very helpful folk. Social Security issues; if your issue is with DSHS, you want "Common Ground", not SCLC.

But for all things SSA/SSI, these folks have answered anything I'd questions about, and are intent on helping where they can. This is a non-profit organization.

Thank you, SCLC, for your help.

These guys are awesome! Marcos helped me out tremendously and was very quick to answer questions and took time to explain things where non lawyer people can understand it. The office staff was always cheerful and do whatever they can to make you comfortable in a place that can be highly stressful. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They helped me so much!!!
