My DUI case was somewhat unique so therefore I went with Bradley Johnson. I was assigned Lauren Wegener to represent me. Lauren did great job winning hearing with department of licensing and eventually pleading down DUI charges with the State saving my CDL. Even the judge gave Lauren and Prosecution kudos for lengthy negotiations that both sides could live with in the end. Lauren is great attorney

I received a summons to court 7 months after my dui and within 3 days my attorney, Jeremy, had a case ready and was by my side. He and the other attorneys helped walk me through every step of my hearings and had me feeling positive about my outcome the entire time. I must say that I wasn't really happy with the results of my case. Communication was extremely poor all the time, I had to make many phone calls / e-mails to them in order to see whats going on. Their admin/secretary was beyond rude and had switched my case several times to other admins.

For the price I paid I am certainly not happy and will not recommend them anyone. I've had friends used them before and their results were way better. Not to mention the lies I was told about future opportunities, and how this will affect my life in the long run. I felt rushed all the time, they just really want your money, but don't care bit about you.

Save yourself $6,000 and get a public attorney as that will do pretty much the same job.

Please do a little research before going to Bradley Johnson Attorneys.

Mr. Johnson and Ms Wegener, I'd say that your offer was for one an extreme insult and no weigh when you ruin someone's life. Listening to Mr. Johnson's story about how he just bought a new home and his son goes to a private school makes me sick as we were sitting down trying to come up with a resolution. He raised his voice several times asking me to remove my review and I told him that I will once they fix what was promised.

I definitely made the right choice going with BJ attorneys. I was charged with a dui, Jeremy Goodman was amazing, he recommended taking my case to trial, ran circles around the prosecution, and won my case. It was awesome watching him work. The actual lawyer that handled my case, great job. Getting my money several years after, I'd rather go back to Afghanistan. 27 days and counting from when I was first told I would receive my check. I have to call everyday to even figure out who knows what, if anybody knows anything. I am constantly bounced around to several people, that do not know any information on the current status of my check or where it is at. This is after several people had taken vacation, back in early August leaving all his/her work to include my check, back at the office and apparently did not inform their chain of command or subordinates. Finally after weeks of waiting, I recieved another call, I going to get my check Wooo! Lo and behold no check. Call back after 5 days, they sent it to the wrong address. They even confirmed they where the ones that messed this up. No big deal, cancel the old check that was sent to the wrong address and overnight me a new one check right? No sir. Cant do that. I was promised that a new check would be sent, and overnighted to fix the issue quickly. No sir, can't do that. Have to wait even longer for the old check to return to them, that was sent to the wrong address to begin with, that was delayed because someone took vacation and did not relay information to the powers at be at their firm. I didn't mind the time, or the waiting for a 2-3 weeks, or even the wrong address, I take high offence being lied too. These people are lawyers? They are a firm? I've met people from around the world in war torn countries that have more professionalism than these jackals. How does this affect you as a consumer reading this? Their lack of motivation, professionalism, intelligence and basic understanding of the average American person is baffling. I will continue to post everyday until my check is in my hand, and deposited to my bank. I am tired of being pushed around by a group of people that more less couldn't figure out a simple address issue, or didnt have the time to call me back, after I call several times a day.

Early last year I was accused of driving under the influence. A friend of mine referred me to Chloe with Bradley Johnson Attorneys. Chloe took the time to get to know me before getting to know the case, which I really appreciated.

Although there was questionable behavior on the part of the officer, I had refused the breathalyzer and therefore immediately had my case escalated to an aggravated DUI.

Chloe made no pie in the sky promises, was communicative and helpful about what I should do and what I should expect.

I live overseas and I have a court case in America. They told me I absolutely must be there in court. This for a misdemeanor mind you! They wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to fly across the planet.

I told them I could not afford to do that. I asked if they could appear on my behalf and they told me no I had to be there.

I ended up firing them for stealing money, I mean they kept stealing from my account afterwards and I'd have to call them and get the "oops sorry" and they would put it back, until the last time they stole $250 and I showed them a picture on my bank statement that they did steal it, and they pretended like the conversation never happened. Never saw the money again.

Then when I get a FREE public defender, they filed to represent me in my absence . . . court approved it.

So these guys were just trying to rob me the entire time.

It's now June and I have finally received my statement. SURPRISE,$17,000.00 FOR A PRODUCT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CREATED BY AN INTERN. Other people may have had good experiences with these attorneys but mine was either to overloaded with cases or just didn't care to take care of me. I was left in a courtroom without any notice she wouldn't be attending. Then instead of having something worked out beforehand she tried to make a deal the day of court. I felt like I was buying a used car. I wish I would have just got the court appointed attorney!!!

I give them 2 stars because I went with them for my case, they know what they are doing but the person that was hired as my attorney showed up for one of my court dates and the rest of threw time it was someone different. They kept telling me to go with a deferred deal and made mew feel like it was my only option. I feel that they didn't want to work for mew and try to beat my case. Wouldnt refer anyone to them.
