I moved to Arizona, but needed an attorney in Pierce County for a nearly twenty year old case. Jim Oliver was one of the names that came up top of list when doing a google search.

I spoke with Jim by phone, and he felt strong that restoring my gun rights wouldn't be an issue, given the length of time since my rights were revoked and my good standings since. At first I was recommended from the individual's experience and had to give them a call regarding my first infraction for going a little over the speed limit. Being involved in the legal system is costly and overall uncomfortable.
